The modern day education is

very defective and is confined within the walls of classroom only the present education system is not knowledge oriented it simply degree oriented people are centralised on the degrees which in turn leads to nescience.

It is defective on the ground that it is more general than vocational and technical. Nescience which is a stumbling block for the societal development has to be changed.

The government should try to edify the education system, eliminate the social alienation,outpace the current situation of the society which will accelerate the development of the country.

There is unemployment in the country which even leads to the moral degeneration.

A person with an empty stomach is likely to develop various types of moral visces. It breeds corruption dishonesty gambling etc. It creates social unrest in the economy. The people are not able to satisfy their basic need therefore they may resort to all the sorts of undesirable methods of earning money,crimes and terrorism may result in the society which directly leed to retrogression of the country. The major cause of unemployment is rapid growth of population in the country which has to be controlled sooner than later and somewhere the root cause of rapid growth of population is lack of education.

The government should invest the capital resources for the educational purposes.

I would use fraction of capital resources from the reserves of the religious places in India.

As we know many religious places of India has a very use amount of donations which could be utilised somewhere for the betterment of the society.

The lack of access to social services such as health compound the problems arising from inequality in the ownership of physical and Human assets.A lot of people even die due to poor healthcare facilities in their locality. Many places event deficient primary health care. Poor even face capital issues for the better health facilities in the private hospital due to the dearth and shortage of modern medical devices in the government hospitals.Each and every locality should at least have well-equipped primary health care facility.

In the present modern era there are many places in India where women are deprived of the basic education and the proper precautionary measures during periods. They even use clothes instead of sanitary pads during menses which leads to various infectious deadly diseases and a lot of women die every year due to it. There are many developed countries where government allocates some amount for the feminine hygiene but India lags behind.

All the women should be updated about the basic knowledge of feminine hygiene and they should be provided with sanitary napkins tampones etc. free of cost so that each and every women in the country get protected from deadly infectious diseases.

The rural people generally spend a large percentage of annual earning on social ceremonies like marriage, death ,feast etc. and borrow largely to meet these requirements. The inacessbility to institutional credit may force person to borrow credit from the landlord or other informal sources at a very high interest rate and in turn financial position weakens their position in other areas. In some cases poor people cannot make themselves free from the clutches of moneylenders. Their poverty is further accentuated because of indebtedness. Such indebted families continue to remain under the poverty line for generations because of this death trap.

This has to be changed by providing them mini Bank in all the locality for providing the loans to the poor (specially to the person who are below poverty) line at 0% interest and make them aware so that they can get rid of the debtness of money lenders and landlords.In many parts of India dowry system is a common prevailing complication of society,many parents commit suicide or they even commit female infanticide due to dowry system as the can't afford a huge amount of dowry. This has to be treated illegal and the complicit should be legally punished.

Human resources are like natural resources they were often burried deep, you have to go looking for them,they were not just lying on the surface you have to create the circumstances where they show themselves we have a bountiful human resources which can be utilised for the welfare of the society.

Human resources are the most valuable assets the world has, they are all needed desperately and everyone should value it instead of reprehending.
